Tips and Notes
Note: The value returned by getMilliseconds() is a three digit number. However, the return value is not always three digits, if the value is less than 100 it only returns two digits, and if the value is less than 10 it only returns one digit.Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.

Note: The code above will set the milliseconds to 0, since no milliseconds was defined in the date.
